POLICY

1. General Delivery Information

Real Dealz delivers across the Republic of South Africa
only
. Delivery is available for selected areas and products.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days

Dispatch days: Monday – Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Orders placed on Fridays may only ship the following Monday

Delays may occur due to courier or external factors.

3. Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and location

Additional charges may apply for outlying areas

Delivery fees are non-refundable

4. Delivery Areas

Free or standard delivery applies within selected urban areas (typically within 20km of store locations)

Outlying areas (farms, mines, rural towns) may incur additional courier fees or restrictions

5. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to physical street addresses only (no PO Boxes)

Customers must ensure correct address details are provided

A valid ID may be required upon delivery for verification

Delivery is made to the main entrance only (no installation or setup
included)

6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available, the courier will attempt to reschedule

Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated attempts

Orders may be returned to store after failed attempts

7. Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once
the order is dispatched.

8. Risk & Liability

Once an order is delivered and signed for, responsibility
transfers to the customer. Real Dealz is not liable for loss or damage after
successful delivery.

9. Store Collection Option

Customers may select in-store pickup:

Orders must be collected within 10 working days

A QR code or ID verification is required

Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded

10. Final Note

Real Dealz aims to ensure safe, fast, and reliable delivery,
but courier performance is managed by third-party logistics providers.
