SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Policy
RealDealz offers delivery within South Africa for online purchases.
Delivery Areas
  • Delivery is available within 20km of the store
  • Outside this range, customers may arrange collection or third-party delivery
  • Deliveries are only available within South Africa
Delivery Costs
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout
  • Fees are based on order size and location
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
Delivery Times
  • Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days
  • Delivery occurs Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:00)
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays
  • Orders placed on Fridays may be delivered from Monday
Delivery Process
  • A tracking number will be provided once dispatched
  • Deliveries require a valid ID and signature on receipt
  • If no one is available, redelivery fees may apply
Important Conditions
  • Deliveries are made to the main entrance only
  • We do not install, assemble, or connect products
  • Customers must ensure safe access for delivery
  • RealDealz is not liable for damage caused during delivery access
Failed Deliveries
  • If delivery fails, we may charge an additional delivery fee
  • Orders may be returned or cancelled after multiple failed attempts
In-Store Collection
  • Orders can be collected within 10 working days
  • A QR code and ID are required for collection
  • Orders not collected within the timeframe may be cancelled
